My name is Aaron Alcorn and I am the founder of Buffalo Sheds of North Carolina. I decided to start building sheds after my own experience trying to buy a shed for my backyard. I went to the large home centers and saw they were selling expensive kits with low quality materials that still had to be assembled. When I asked about the sheds in their parking lot I learned they had salespeople for third-party custom sheds, but the actual builders were subcontractors that change frequently and these shed companies were big businesses where it was hard to get someone on the phone to answer questions.

I went home determined to design and build my own shed to save some money. Not only was I able to build a shed for less, I was able to build it with high quality materials and include features that would’ve been an extra charge at most companies.  I was so happy with the finished product that I decided to go into business building them.
